As an afterschool intermediary, CASE for Kids provides trainings for students in grades 6 through 12 in afterschool programs in schools, child care facilities and community centers. CASE for Kids programs happen before and after school, on weekends and during the summer.

CASE for Kids is funded by a branch of Harris County Department of Education, the division was founded in 1999 with a goal to keep kids safe, help working families and improve academic achievement.

Students will participate in learning activities strengthening their knowledge of STEM related fields exposing them to terminology, mathematical concepts and career pathways designed to promote academic confidence and career awareness in Unmanned Aerial Surveillance (Drones), Fiber Optic Technology, Agri-Economics, VR Welding and Enhanced Learning Activities.
